But for some even better news.....FREEBIE TIME!

Martin Luther King J.R. Day is coming up ever so quickly so I created this fun little graphic organizer.  Students will fill in the four boxes with information they have already learned about MLK. I hope you enjoy it. Please click the picture below to download it over at my TPT store...... and OF COURSE while you are over there check out some of my new Units. So there it is my wonderfully colorful classroom! I am absolutely in LOVE with it and so are my students.

We had such an awesome first day today!  We read the usual first day of school book The Kissing Hand. As our project I painted one hand on each of the students and made a hand print on the page. We then added a sticker of a heart as our "kiss" in our palm.  I wish I took a picture of it but with these preschoolers I was running all over! When I go back tomorrow if there are any projects left I will take a quick pic!

After running after these crazy 3 year olds in gym and singing our little hearts out in music, we sat at our art center and drew pictures of what we all looked like on our first day of school! And again I did not take a picture of these either. I have to get better at taking pictures clearly haha.

By the end of the day my little kiddies were exhausted! We had a quick little nap time and then came their moms and dads.

I had such an exhausting but exciting day today! I can't wait until tomorrow!!!!

I know I am a little late but here is my September Currently:

Yesterday was filled with tackles, cheerleaders and crazy screaming families! We had my nephews first football game.  It was a sad day for nephew because it was his first game without his father. My older brother passed away earlier this August.  But my little man played his little heart out! His entire team wore stickers on their helmets for my brother, it was a touching tribute to the wonderful man my brother was. Here is a picture of their helmets:

It warmed my heart to see how many of our friends and family showed up to my nephews game to support him.  He did an awesome job tackling the other team! I was beaming with pride!! He was a sweaty mess after the game but that didn't stop him from taking a million pictures with his favorite aunt of course! :

It was a beautiful day yesterday. After the game I came home and decided I was going to do a craft! I wanted to make a teacher sign for my classroom door so I made a quick trip to the craft store and 1 hour later....wah la!! :

SO CUTE! Ugh I love it and OF COURSE I had to add a little heel sticker ; ). I am going to make another one for the other teacher I am working with so once I do that I will hang them both on our door!

*sigh* Okay my friends I am exhausted from this crazy first day, but I must get my stuff together for class tonight!!!!!

Happy Teaching!

So I just finished my FOUR dreadful wonderful summer courses for my Masters and now that I have 5 minutes to do laundry, clean, hang out with my husband, walk the dog, myself, I was able to create this cute poster freebie for all of you!! My professor handed us a sheet that had 101 different ways to praise our students but it was in black and white and super boring SO I decided to retype it and make it all pretty so you guys can put it in a frame or print it and laminate it....really whatever you would like to do with it! Just click the picture below and download it ( for freeeeee!!! ) off of my TPT store!!!

The summer is going by SO fast!!! I would love for it to just freeze for a week or so! I am going to Hershey Park in a few weeks and I am so excited! My husband has never been so he is THRILLED to finally go on a vacation and not have to ask the army for permission! yay!!!

My puppy's first birthday is next week!!! I can't wait to give him all his presents!! I know I spoil the crap out of my dog but he is just soooo stinkin cute I can't say no.  Oh well!

I promised you guys I would show you pictures from my husbands surprise party I threw for him like a million years ago so here is a picture of us and his super cool cake that I designed for him!

And here is a picture of us right after he got surprised!!!

He looked.....thrilled....ugh I know..... he hates surprises but I just had to do it for him....He'll appreciate it one day haha  Best wifey award goes to me....  :D
